An open assignment illustration project from earlier in the semester. There are a few things I would still like to fix with this and perhaps I'll add color in the future. The screen-tones were all cut by hand and laid over the ink panels. Laborious process.
My last illustration assignment of the semester: re-designing an existing album cover. This was for Lupe Fiasco's "The Cool". I created all of the stickers individually based off of characters and tracks on the cd (with exception of the original The Cool logo). This is also my official first attempt with digital. Whoot!
Invented character project from my 3-D class this semester. Ki-Lach was referenced from South American natives and pronghorn deer. This sculpture has a wire armature and is made out of baked sculpey.
